If you are considering providing childcare at your company party, holiday gathering, or wedding, Sandhills Rent A Nanny, LLC is able to assist with our full-service event childcare! All you need to provide is a designated room (or tent for outdoor events), a designated place in the reception area, some tables and chairs (optional). From there our nannies come prepared with age appropriate toys, books, games, and craft supplies to help keep your younger guests entertained. Our caregivers create a secure and organized space for parents to sign their children in and out. In case of emergency we obtain their contact information as well to ensure safety for all of the kids under our care. We are happy to accommodate small or large events depending on your needs to help the kids have their own private and engaging space so that your guests can enjoy your event worry-free!
Please note; We require a 4-hour minimum or a 6-hour minimum if we provide games to have enough time for set up and clean up of the games. A minimum of two nannies is required for every event!
Hiring an event can; provide an event free of distractions, guests with children are more likely to attend and stay longer, parents can check in on their children at any time and include them in parts of the event, by avoiding damage to the venue, and lastly the children have their own party!
(This secures your event date. If you are requesting us to bring games, custom coloring pages, and more there is an additional $150 per nanny!)
